AS/NZS 60335.2.102:2018

This Standard deals with the safety of gas, oil and solid-fuel burning appliances having electrical connections, for household and similar purposes, their rated voltage being not more than 250 V for single-phase appliances and 480 V for other appliances. This standard deals with the reasonably foreseeable hazards presented by appliances that are encountered by all persons.

This Standard will supersede AS/NZS 60335.2.102:2013 three years from the date of publication (i.e. on 30 November 2021). During this period AS/NZS 60335.2.102:2013 will also remain current. Regulatory authorities that reference this Standard in regulation may apply these requirements at a different time. Users of this Standard should consult with these authorities to confirm their requirements.
